Last year, I had been able to move in Tilburg, but it was not possible last week, so I will explain the situation with this topic :

I have a couple of Neurergus microspilotus for almost a year. My setup is a pile of pebbles and gravel, partly under water. There are many hiding places in the water and off. A pump runs continuously.

I observed courtship in the spring, but the female has not laid. I wish everything goes well next year ...
Winter temperatures were 6-8 °. Was it low enough?
In France, there has not yet been breeding with this species. What about in Netherlands ?

I also have a pair of Neurergus microspilotus. I have got some eggs last spring but all un fetilized. So maybe next year I will get a good bunch of eggs. 6-8 degrees is enough for breeding induction I suppose.

At the moment I have the animals on land. I have them on land because in free nature they also go on land and I am able to feed them a lot better that way. Also they will not waiste a lot of energy when they are on land.
